I definitely agree with Sam. We did really well tonight on being dramatic while speeding it up. If we can do the spread through in 11 min then I think we can easily shave off 3 minutes!
We need to cut out some of the awkward pauses and that will help cut down on time. I need something to help be able to get my wedding dress on and zipped up faster because the past few practices I couldn't get it zipped up in time to go on.
Speed up the pace. Dont leave dead moments. Whisper during times there are no lines.
